More home repairs...for the spoiled Cowboy

This is our front yard when we first moved in. A beautiful dirt lot with a sprinkle of weeds.

And here it is after. We (James mostly) put in the white gate by the garage. Before it was just an open walkway with a lovely brick wall. He also did the grass, obviously and the white planter bed surrounding the fireplace. His dad powerwashed the whole house and driveway washing away years of grit and grime.

We've been busy working on our new house. Its a rental but we figure we'll be here for awhile so we might as well fix it up a lil bit.

I'm Back!

Holy cowboy, it's been forever but I think I'm finally back. Between moving in January, cruisin in February and changing jobs in March, I've been a little busy. Then finally in April when I have some time to post, I realize I can't find my camera cord to upload pics. Actually haven't seen it since the move. Well I've ordered a new one online, and will soon be able to share the 4 months worth of pics I have.
But I thought for now I'd just share some fun cupcakes that I stumbled upon.....
