Let them eat soap!

My neighbor just came home and was kinda drunk. He stopped by and asked for a bottle of water [sounds weird, i know. but he's not. he's actually been out of town all week so he has no groceries] and he was kinda drunk so
1. he had no inhibitions about asking; and
2. he needed the water since he'll likely be hung over in the morning.
(fyi:we can't drink our tap water here.)
anyway so he asks for the water and i give him a few bottles. then he's like "oh come over to my house and i'll give you my netflix from this week. (he always lets us borrow em) so cowboy and i walk next door and like i said neighbor is kinda drunk so he's fumbling around, finding the movies. well we're talkin and cowboy wanders around his house lookin for trouble.
then i see him lickin his chops all sneakily. so i grab what he has and it a blue slobber-covered thing. I say "what is this?" and dave says "ah dont worry about it, i dont mind" and i say "no i dont think he should eat this...whatever it is" so we're examining this thing and realize its an old gross almost done piece of soap. dave checks the bathroom and sure enough cowboy got into the bathroom trash making a big mess along the way.
so i washed cowboys mouth out...not with soap but to get the soap out. and i laughed at him because he just ate soap.
